- Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2 Definitions Performance Work Statement SSS with Capability Questions DISTRIBUTED COMMON GROUND SYSTEMS (DCGS) SUSTAINMENT SUPPORT; DCGS MAINTENANCE TRAINING CENTER (DMTC) CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND INSTRUCTION; EXPEDITIONARY PROCESSING, EXPLOITATION, AND DISSEMINATION (PED) TRAINING CENTER (EPTC - PROJECT LIBERTY) CURRICULUM AND LOGISTICS SUPORT; AND COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) LOGISTICS SUPPORT FOR DEPOT OPERATIONS We are conducting market research to identify potential sources possessing the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements of supporting; the Air Force Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) to include DGS-Experimental (DGS-X); DCGS Maintenance Training Center (DMTC) operations; Expeditionary Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) Training Center (EPTC - Project Liberty); and Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) Sustainment Support Depot Operations. These required services provide sustainment maintenance support (intermediate level - break/fix, Outside Continental United States (CONUS/OCONUS) locations. Our acquisition strategy is a five-year contract (basic plus five option years) beginning in January 2013 and will continue through 2017. Contract is anticipated to be approximately $125M. Current contract number and contract holder is; FA8527-10-F-0002, General Dynamics Once Source LLC. Interested contractors should respond IAW the attached SSS Capability Survey by 31 May 2011.
