- Chanute TAPP Attachment - CDRLs Chanute TAPP Performance Work Statement Chanute TAPP Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The DoD Technical Assistance for Public Participation (TAPP) program provides assistance for obtaining technical assistance for interpreting scientific and engineering information on proposed or ongoing actions associated with environmental restoration. The TAPP program, its purpose, eligibility requirements, application process, and other key elements are defined in 32 CFR 203. This requirement is for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to facilitate review, evaluation, and interpretation of technical documents related to Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liabilities Act (CERCLA) activities and non-CERCLA activities and translation of technical content into terms understandable to lay persons, in particular those serving on the Chanute Restoration Advisory Board (RAB), and submitted by, or otherwise used in combination with, third-party PBR contractors or privatized cleanup contractors that bid to undertake the responsibilities of the USAF with regard to the environmental restoration of USAF real property assets. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Period of performance is 12 months. The purchase order will be firm fixed price. Basis of Award will be Lowest Price - Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Proposals may be electronically transmitted via email to frances.ortiz.1@us.af.mil. All responsive small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All offerors MUST BE registered in the CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION(CCR) to be considered for award.
