- A. PROJECT NAME: Request For Quote (RFQ)# M39878-SU-00701. The Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for thirty-six (36) Canon EOS 7D SLR Cameras (or equivalent) and accessories. B. SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS: All contractors shall comply with the requirements listed below for this RFQ. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. See FAR 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. C. To be technically accepted, all items quoted shall meet the required specifications listed below: (1) Camera: (a)Effective pixels: shall have the ability to record at 18.0 megapixels, (b)Recording Media: shall provide High Definition (HD) video recording capabilities, (c)International Standards Organization (ISO): 100 - 12800, (d)Continuous Shooting Speed: High Speed “ Max 8.0 shots per second for tactical situations. (e)Compatibility with existing equipment and accessories: Procured equipment and accessories shall be compatible with the HQ Marine Corps ™ current brand: Canon or equivalent. (2) Accessories. (a)28 “ 70mm lens (b)70 “ 300mm lens (c)Battery Pack (d)16GB Memory Card (e)32GB Memory Card (f)Battery Charger (g)HDMI Cable (h)Shotgun Microphone 4. DELIVERY: Contractor shall provide delivery to: Required Delivery Date NLT: 30 days ARO. Proposed Delivery Date: _______________________ Split shipment is required.
