Issue Date: 05/09/2011 Response Date: 05/18/2011 Classification Code: 99 Solicitation Number: VA-101-11-RQ-0077 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate with W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, P.O. Box 875821, Tempe, AZ 85287-5812, its membership service for 5 months. The proposed action is for Health Sector Supply Chain Research Consortium (HSRC) membership service to conduct research on topics related to the strategic management of the health care supply chain. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
