- Non Core Mounting Plates The DLA Land Detachment SMSG will be soliciting requests for proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand of various Federal Stock Class (5340) fully competitive Mounting Plate items. Solicitation SPM5L5-11-R-0001 is being issued to support this initiative for depot stock replenishment. This initiative will fall under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Items procedures. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is required. The initial solicitation will require pricing for 38(core) NSNs. The delivery requirement will be 150 days ADO. The annual estimated quantity (AEQ) for these NSNs has various quantities. This initiative has 593 additional items (non-core) in the universe which may be added on a post award basis via the Add/Delete Clause as demand warrants. To obtain a copy of the drawings for the Mounting Plates Solicitation after opening, please access the "C folders" link located on the following website: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Vendors may either click on the "Tech Docs" icon next to the solicitation number on the DIBBS RFP/IFB screen or they may log directly into "C folders" and then search for specific solicitations. Once into "C folders" section of the website, the same navigation procedures that are currently used to access Request for Quotation (RFQ) technical data can be used. Subject solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside with the resultant being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year and two (2) additional one-year options. In determining contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assessment of the offerors performance risk by using available tools including the Automated Best Value (ABVM) System. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NOTE: Copies of this solicitation can be found on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, DIBBS website after solicitation opening date at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
