The performance period for this project will be one (1) initial year (consisting of six months) and three (3) option years. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000 for the initial year. Each option year has a project magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310 with a size standard of $33,500,000 million dollars. The approximate issue date will be 26 May 2011 with an approximate response date of 28 June 2011. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RPF) and is issued as a small business set aside. All offers will be evaluated utilizing Best Value Procedures. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. All firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award.
