Description: Correction of due date. AMENDMENT 0003: Correct the "Offer Due Date" in block 8 of the SF1449. The correct due date is May 27, 2011, 12:00 PM EST. In section "C" on page 37, third line reads: "Submission of pricing should be provided as a separate attachment to your electronic proposal and not incorporated in the basic proposal". This line is deleted. Electronic proposals are not acceptable.
