Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for supplies which may include fuel, oil, diesel #2 EPA Carb Red and Clear, and lubricants for Government owned service trucks., and intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a performance period of up to 5 years. The anticipated value of the BPA is $150,000.00 for the 3 years. The work to be performed under this specification includes non-personnel services. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to furnish the supplies called for by the Contracting Officer or authorized representatives for fuel, oil, diesel, and lubricants. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 424710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about June 6, 2011. This is not a request for proposal, however, vendors who are able to provide similar service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications, past performance information and price with delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representative for consideration for future requirements. Effective October 1, 1997, contractors are required to register their firms in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving a contract award. This database provides basic business information, capabilities, and financial information to the Government and complies with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, which requires federal agencies to have the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of every contractor and to pay every contractor through electronic funds transfer. Registration can be accomplished through the World Wide Web at http//www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Offerors will be required to complete the annual representation and certification electronically via the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bnp.gov.
