Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement for Bank Stabilization of a portion of the Franklin D. Roosevelt Lake in Washington State. The work consists of furnishing and compacting 4-inch minus rock fill; applying geotextile fabric between the gabion baskets/Reno mattresses and the rock backfill and between the rock backfill and the existing bank slope; furnishing and installing gabion baskets and Reno mattresses; furnishing, compacting topsoil, and seeding; and furnishing and wrapping the topsoil lifts over the gabions using soil wrap fabric, and spraying hydraulic mulch (flexible growth medium) over the remaining bank slopes. The worksite is located at Township 36 North, Range 37 East, N.W. 1/4 of Section 14, off Highway 395, approximately four miles northwest of Kettle Falls, Washington in Ferry County. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $33.5 million in gross annual receipts averaged over the previous three 1-year accounting periods. The order of magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is being advertised as a Total HUBZone Set-Aside. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible HUBZone certified small business concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to the award of any contract.
