Informational Only Maps Informational Only Maps QUESTIONS/ANSWERS: 1. Are there going to be any steel tie-ins? Government Response: Yes, approx. 5 connections in 10000 area and 3 connections in 9000 area. 2. What is the material of the existing piping? Government Response: Either steel or PVC; also see "Informational Only" maps provided. 3. Are there As-Builts (PDF) for Utilities for subject project? Government Response: Yes, has been posted on FBO. 4. The track field. Will the gas line be routed around it, or will it be bored, or will they be getting rid of it? Government Response: Reroute the gas line around the track field. 5. Will the regulators be getting replaced? Government Response: No, the regulator is not part of this contract to replace. 6. Will the gas line be routed around parking lots and other obstacles? Government Response: It can rerouted if it is cost effective solution. 7. SOW states to replace two regular stations as shown on figure 1 which are labeled 9224 and 10508. Is regulator station at south end of project between buildings 9110 and 9210 and regulator station just east of B9269 to be reused or abandoned in place? Government Response: Reuse existing regulators. 8. Main 6" line between regulator 9224 and 10508. Since existing gas lines are to be abandoned in place, can the new 6" line be located closer west towards the road to avoid the new running track? Government Response: Yes. 9. Roads. Is boring required under all roads? Government Response: Only asphalt pavement road, approx. of 3 locations that boring required. 10. Parking lot between buildings 9110 and 9210. 6" line appears that it will need to go through the parking lot running south to north, can this be trenched, backfilled and asphalt repaired? Government Response: It can be rerouted away from the parking lot in the grass area. 11. Buildings 9110 and 9210. Are there any branch lines that will be needed to service buildings 9110 or 9210? Government Response: Yes, it had main and service connections (steel connections). 12. Are we going to be replacing the regulators and meters at each building? If so can we get the specs for each location? Government Response: Regulators and meters are not part of this contract. 13. Will there be any pluming of gas lines in the building? Government Response: Plumbing of gas lines in the buildings are not parts of this contract.
