- Description
- Title: Sole Source Procurement - AWACS, E3A AIRCRAFT, MANIFOLD, FLUID (W8IC25F) PR 0026947377 for NSN 1560-01-015-5011, the Boeing Company, CAGE 17765, P/N 65-4071-2, Aircraft Fluid Manifold. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantities of 3 each. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB Origin, delivery 155 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. The issue date is on or around 25 May 2011, and the closing date is on or around 27 June 2011. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
