- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada State Office, has a requirement for Janitorial Services for three buildings for our Winnemucca District, Located in Winnemucca NV. The BLM intends to award a firm-fixed price, small business contract. A competitive solicitation set-aside, L11PS00581, is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 - Total Small business Set-Aside procedures. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720 Janitorial Services and the size standard is $16.5M. A Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation package will be available electronically on or about Tuesday June 14, 2011 at www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base via website: http://www.ccr.gov,and have completed the online Representations and Certification at website: https://orca.bpn.gov. Award will be based on Best Value to the Government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the low offeror. There will be no public opening. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net for the release of the solicitation package, for any other pertinent information, including information about the site visit, and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. The government will not provide paper copies for the solicitation. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
