Description: This is an addition to item #7-Because this is a concession, this award will be based primarily on the best price technically acceptable for the percentage offered from the sale of hair care products, plus lowest price filled in for services offered. The fee schedule (pg 31 of RFP) is filled in as a minimum. If an offeror goes beyond the minimum, that could influence award. All of the pricing addressed above plus the offerors ability to fullfill requirements of qualifications listed in the RFP will play a role in award.
