- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The Request for Quote number is W58M0C10665000. The North American Classification System Code is 327910; the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item, fixed price purchase order under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. The Missouri Army National Guard has a requirement for US Technology Polymedia 30-60 Type VIII (Brand Name or Equal), must meet or exceed if using equal and be compatible with the current system used by the Missouri Army National Guard. Price of the product will include the pickup and disposal of the used material. 50 barrels as follows: 55 gallon steel band top drums, 250 lbs/drum. Recycling of spent blast media within 40CFR and RCRA regulations. Delivery of the product shall be within a reasonable time proposed in the RFQ after receipt of order. Destination: FOB: MOAVCRAD, 2501 Lester Jones Avenue, Springfield, MO 65803. FAR Clauses and Provisions applicable to this acquisition can be obtained from the website, http://farsite.hill.af.mil (FAR Clause 52.252-2).
