- Proposed Special Notice For: FA4830-11-M-S007 Refuse & Recycling (Current# FA4830-11-M-S004) This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a Sole Source Purchase Order to continue refuse and recycling services. The period of performance will be four (4) months. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to Slone Associates, Inc. for a contract to continue services. All inquires on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by facsimile (229-257-4032) or email christopher.piercy@moody.af.mil or stephen.sparks@moody.af.mil NO LATER THAN 27 MAY 2011 @ 5:00 PM.
