- The Naval Inventory Control Point intends to negotiate sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 13 with Aeroprediction inc under authority of 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. The Government will consider all quotes received by Close of Business, Monday May 23, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted via email.
