- Solicitation No. DOC52PAPT1100031 The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a continuing requirement for the printing, imaging, binding, and distribution of United States Patents. USPTO intends to compete this requirement as a Competitive Small Business Set-aside for a 12-month base period, with four (4), one (1)-year option periods for a maximum period of performance of five (5) years. The Government contemplates a single award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 323117 (Books Printing). The small business size standard is 500 employees. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be posted (when available) to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov) website under the subject solicitation number and at USPTO website (www.uspto.gov) for this procurement. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor both websites for release of the RFP and subsequent amendments. The estimated release date for this solicitation is: June 13, 2011. This is a follow-on competition to Contract No. DOC50PAPT0801018 which is held by NPC, Inc. Questions will be entertained following the release of the RFP, utilizing the procedures specified in the RFP.
