- Amendment: This amendment is for clarification. This solicitation is for one of each 6744171-1,-2,-3 per test fixture. There will be three test fixtures built per the top level drawing 6744171. End of amendment. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division has a requirement for the manufacturing of three (3) Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixtures to support MNS static and dynamic load testing of the Vehicle Handling System (VHS) onboard Mine Countermeasure (MCM) Avenger Class ships. The successful offeror shall manufacture three (3) Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixtures in accordance with Top-level Drawing 6744171 provided with the request for quote. Each Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixture shall pass a Government quality assurance (QA) test at the vendor ™s facility before being shipped and accepted. Any deficiencies shall be corrected at the vendor ™s expense unless the drawing is in error. The Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixtures shall be shipped to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division. Vendors interested in submitting a proposal to this solicitation must send a request for the drawings to phillip.e.morris@navy.mil. Drawings will be sent out by encrypted email. Requesting vendor must be a U.S. based firm and must supply the following information with the request: Cage Code, address, phone number, POC and email address. NAICS 333514, FSC 4940, Small Business size standard 500 employees.
