These services will be provided at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, AL. The modifications required will support an iterative strategy where one modification builds on the next for full realization of the requirement. Suspense Validation provides the F-22 community the ability to suspense, validate, and process transactions with the flexibility to maintain configuration control. F-22 Time Change Job Standards (JST) provides the ability to associate like Logical Configuration Numbers (LCN) with one JST. This will lower the number of JSTs required from 1906 to 601 and resulting in ~10,000 man-hour savings per year for the F-22 fleet. Lastly, F-22 Job standard Narrative allows a technician to see Tech Order data, reference ID, and any other interval data associated with a Time Change Job Standard and simplifies the selection of the appropriate maintenance procedure. The F-22 IMIS requirement is a performance-based service task order.
