Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 11, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Avicenna Medical Systems, Inc., 3090 Dhu Varren Court, Ann Arbor MI 48105-9654. This service is to provide contract support to assist in the modification and purchase of an electronic Chronic Disease Management tool at the SCAN-ECHO Center for the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 for the period of twelve (12) months from the date of award. NAICS 541512, size standards $25.0 million applies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 pm on June 22, 2011. No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Attn; Karlyn Kucans (54C), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
