Description
Project 1 I. Scope of Work A. Install four (4) -New Condenser Coils. B. All necessary fittings and copper tubing to reconnect refrigerant lines. C. R-22 Refrigerant II. Installation A. Reclaim refrigerant per EPA guidelines. B. Disassemble condensing section to remove all four (4) condenser coils. C. Crane rig old coils down and remove from premises. D. Crane rig new coils up to roof for installation E. Provide and install (4) new condenser coils. To include necessary fittings and copper tubing to reconnect refrigerant lines. F. Pressurize systems with nitrogen and leak check system. G. Repair minor leaks if possible. H. Evacuate refrigerant systems. I. Recharge systems with R-22 refrigerant. J. Test, cycle and operate unit. Project 2 I. Scope of Work Furnish and install hail guards for Buildings A, C, F, G, & H. These guards will prevent further damage to HVAC condensers on the roof. II. Equipment A. Lennox Factory Hail guards for the HVAC units as noted above. B. Miscellaneous hardware and components as needed. III. Installation A. Assemble all hail guards and raise to the roof. B. Install all of the hail guards to the HVAC units for Buildings A, C, F, G, & H. C. Check Operation. D. Clean up all work related debris. Project 3 I. Scope of Work Straighten out the fins on the condenser coils to prevent high-head pressure. II. Equipment A. Fin Coil Tools. B. Miscellaneous parts and material as needed. III. Installation A. Straighten hail damage fins on condenser coils for the HVAC units for the following buildings: A South, C, F, G, & H B. Check operating pressures after condenser repairs. C. Clean up all work related debris. Site visit is required. Walk through is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22 at 10:00am. Bids must be in by Friday, June 24 at the close of Business. (5:00pm EST.)
