- The Naval Surface Warfare Center - Panama City, Panama City, Florida intends to award, on a sole source basis, a firm fixed price commercial item order to Trilogic Systems, 200 Park Street Suite 2, North Reading MA 01864, to provide Dialogic Boards. NSWC-PC intends to purchase: (5) five each Dialogic Boards (Part Number: 80990, Description: AG2000C-8LS). This procurement is sole source for the following reasons. The items being purchased were specifically tested and evaluated against the NAVSEA technical requirements as provided on the Land Cushion Air Craft (LCAC) C4N System Baseline Configuration 2 (SBC2) product specification during the product ™s initial prototyping/evaluation phase. Trilogic Systems is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for these parts. No other source for the CAMS video switches currently exists. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541519, and the small business size standard is $25M. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. A paper form may be obtained from the Department of Defense Electronic Commerce Information center at 1-888-227-2423. The basis for award will be a fair and reasonable price. The award will be made on or about 06/24/2011.
