- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services and prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12. The acquisition is unrestricted and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is VA-256-11-RP-0523 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-51. VISN 16, Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205 has a requirement for Nursing Home Services provided to Veteran beneficiaries in the following counties of Arkansas would be considered for evaluation/inspection (Pulaski, Polk, Pope, Lonoke, Cleveland, Saline, Conway, Arkansas and Woodruff) The Contractor shall be a Medicare//Medicaid certified facility. The Contractor shall provide Nursing Home services to Veteran Beneficiaries at the contractor ™s facility. This solicitation will be advertised and available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. Website in conjunction with this Synopsis. The Contractor shall register in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at the website https://www.ccr.gov and the ORCA website at https://www.orca.bpn.gov This is a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) which may result in multiple awards. The applicable NAICS Code is 623110 Award will be made based on the best value offered to the Government. Proposals are due no later than 3:00pm Central time on July 15, 2011. Award will be made based on the best value offered to the Government. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments.
