Description

Wage Determination Statement of work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number HSCG89-09-Q-602001. The NAICS code is 238210. The contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-51. This solicitation is for all labor, materials, installation, transportation and supplies to run data/phone cable inside a modular trailer. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard PACAREA, Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA 94565 The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, all offerors are to include with their quote a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. (Copies of FAR 52.212-3 are available upon request from the Contracting Officer or on the World Wide Web at http://www.arnet.gov/far/97-03/html/52_000.html. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: best value This order will be covered under the Service Contracts Act of 1965. Wage Determination No. 2005-2052, Rev 11, dated 7/16/2010 is applicable and attached. Offerors are due NLT 14 June 2011.
