- AMENDMENT TO PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit for Radiation Therapy Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide Radiation Therapy services to referred and authorized Veterans entitled to VA medical benefits as provided in the jurisdiction of the VAACC-Columbus. These services are to be provided to authorized Veterans who are referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. This requirement is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract, and the contract period is hereby changed for a base twelve (12) month period with the option to extend services for an additional six months. The electronic solicitation is hereby changed to be released on or before September 1, 2011 and may be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is VA-250-11-RP-0016. The procurement is for full and open competition, with no set-aside.
