- WebMethods Software Spreadsheet This is a market research Request for Information (RFI) issued pursuant to FAR 15. 201. The Defense Logistics agency is conducting marketing research. No request for proposal (RFP) exists. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information any contract awarded which may be awarded based upon information received from this RFI will be the outcome the competitive process. This RFI is not a solicitation announcement for proposals. No contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred with providing information in response to this announcement. Per FAR 15.201(e), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking non-technical information related to all items of supply and service listed in the attached two page spreadsheet. Please address all of the following in your reply. 1. pricing terms and ocnditions 2. delivery terms and conditions 3. Current availability of supplies and service 4. Commercial software license terms and conditions 5. Commercial warranty terms and conditions for both the software license and related software maintenance service 6. List all currently active multiple award schedule and Government-wide acquisition contracts (e.g. GSA/FSS, NASA SWEP IV, U.S. Army Small Computer-CHESS) along with their correpsonding expiration dates. Limit your reply to a maximum of four typewritten pages, single-sided, single spaced with a font size of no less than 10 point. Respondents may mark their submissions with restrictive legends and the Government will honor those restrictive legends in accordance with existing laws and implementing regulations. RFI responses will NOT be shared with other entities and will solely be used as part of the Government's acquisition planning process. Responses will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. The Government will not provide acknowledgement of the number, identity or socio-economic states of responses received. Please forward your reply to arrive no later than 11 a.m. Eastern Time, June 16, 2011. Send your reply via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla.mil.
