Description

Notice of Intent Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government Decatur, Illinois Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 3 years for approximately 3,567 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 3,567 RSF at 306 West Eldorado Street, Decatur, Illinois which expires July 31, 2011 under GSA lease number GS-05B-17788. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. Delineated Area: Decatur, Illinois Lease Term/Occupancy: Three year by August 1, 2011. Expressions of interest must be received no later than June 30, 2011 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
