- RECOVERY American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 0f 2009 (ARRA) THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General is issuing Request for Quotes (RFQ) DOL11GRQ20057 and available only to contractors under General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) 520 Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), 520.7 Financial and Performance Audits. The NAICS is 541211 with a size standard of $8.5 million. The award will be a Firm-fixed Price Contract. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a firm fixed priced contract for audit services for the Recovery Act OSHA Activities Under the Recovery Act. According to OSHA's Recovery Plan, the agency intended to use the additional funds to hire 76 full-time employees (FTE) to conduct these activities. OSHA anticipated extra inspections and enforcement work in connection with Recovery Act-funded construction, transportation, and related projects. The performance period is from date of contract award through 6 months after date of contract award.
