Description
DESCRIPTION The United States Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Seneca County in the city of Seneca Falls, NY that will be expiring. The Government is in leasing approximately 5,285 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,175 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) of first class, high quality contiguous office space. DELINEATED AREA US Route 89, south by Noble Rd to Peterman Rd to Route 414 to County House Road, west by Rt 96 to Mills Road and on the north by Route 318. A detailed map of the delineated area boundaries is available by contacting the individual listed below. REQUIREMENT - 10 year term OTHER REQUIREMENTS - 29 on-site paved surface parking spaces - Preference will be given to first floor space - Space must be contiguous - Specific Information Technology requirements OCCUPANCY Occupancy is required by 4/1/2012. Expression of interest must be received by the contact no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. on April 1, 2012 and should include the following information: - Building name, address and location of the available space - Rentable square feet available and expected full service rental rate - ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet, to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. - Date of Space Availability - Method of rentable space measurement - Building ownership information - Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. - Amount of parking available on-site - Contact information for owners or authorizing agent
