- Updated Q&A This set of Q&As are a follow up to the set posted previously. There are a few updated answers worth noting: 1. Startup costs have been removed from the IPS and offeror's should be address them in accordance with their normal business practice. 2. The Remedy software will be GFE, not contractor provided as previously stated. 3. Offeror's should provide pricing for the FMV software. This is the only place where offerors are required to provide pricing for software.
