Description
Amended to advise that the RFP release date has been changed to June 20, 2011 and will close on July 20, 2011. PR 0040582440 RFP SPMA5-11-R-1376 NSN: 2920-01-365-3924, IGNITER, SPARK, GAS in support of the A-10 THUNDERBOLT Aircraft. This is a Critical Application, and Configuration Controlled item manufactured or assembled in accordance with part number 3888002-3. Only offers from sources listed in the current Approved Manufacturing Parts List (AMPL) will be considered for this procurement as adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not legally available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Current AMPL approved source of supply is Honeywell International cage 99193, P/N 3888002-3. This is an unrestricted procurement, being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This item is coded as a non-commercial item. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price, fixed quantity contract for a quantity of 244 each. FOB Origin, Inspection & Acceptance at origin. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO shipping 37 each pieces to SW3119, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887, 136 each pieces to W251U, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 and 71 each pieces to W6G2T, Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Quantity variance is Plus 0%, Minus 0%. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN I/A/W FAR subpart 32.5. Solicitation was originally scheduled to be released on May 6, 2011 will be available for issue on June 20, 2011 and will close at 2:00pm EST on July 20, 2011. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. RFP's are in portable document format (PDF).
