Description

SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: MICOS PRS-110 ROTARY STAGE WITH THE FOLLOWING DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS: • Micos PRS-110, UHV, no lubrication. • UHV stepper motor, LIN4118 no gear, drives worm screw directly without gear. • Worm gear to be coated with dicronite, no lube. • Bearings to use ceramic balls, no lube. • Flying lead Kapton wires for motor, encoder,and limits, 0.7m long, two female 9 pin d-sub vacuum connector termination (macor). • 2 x UHV compatible, sealed limit switches. • All parts are non-anodized. • Material is aluminum and stainless steel. • Vented holes or vented screws. • UHV compatible angular encoder, mounted under rotating table, 0.0001 deg resolution, female 9 pin d-sub vacuum connector termination (macor).
