Description

The solicitation currently covers 6 NSN's managed by DLA Land and Maritime (DSCC) with an estimated annual demand dollar value of $432,162.19 and are for the acquisition of part numbered items. The acquisition is to establish an indefinite quantity contract that will provide coverage for military customers in the continental United States (CONUS), military customers outside of the continental United States (OCONUS). This solicitation will go out as Unrestricted with other than full and open competition. This solicitation will be issued utilizing FAR part 12 (Commercial) procurement procedures. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Orders will be issued using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). The primary purpose of this procurement is to provision the stock replenishment systems, DVD deliveries are not planned for this solicitation. The solicitation is for one basic contract year with the option to extend the contract four additional years in one-year increments. The Governments delivery requirements for the NSN's will range form 150 to 165 days. Note: The solicitation opens on July 06, 2011, at that time the solicitation document and attachments will be available in the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The closing date for the solicitation is August 08, 2011.
