- This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources capable of providing something with a similar form, fit, and function to NSN 8465-01-514-8739, part number BC100. Descriptions and Part Numbers are: BodyCuff, full-unit package consisting of hand restraint waist belt, standard leg restraint, carrying bag, and user manual. These units were produced by Absolute Restraint, INC. 2508 Montgomery Ave. Cardiff, CA. 92007-2108; CAGE 3FFD1. Detailed technical data of these units is not available from the Army. Any sources capable of providing a product that with a similar form, fit, and function must so indicate, by emailing morgan.fiszel@us.army.mil. This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. In the event that a government estimate exceeds applicable thresholds and a solicitation is developed, it will be assigned a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) number and the announcement will be published on the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and FedBizOpps.
