- Statement of Work The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coastal Services Center (CSC) Charleston, SC, utilizing the procedures at Federal Acquisitions Regulations Part 13, has a requirement for labor, materials, equipment and supervision to be performed to increase the load capacity of the Computer Room floor, Building 1 Room 122. Specifics of work required are located in the Statement of Work (SOW). Due to the Center being located on the Federal Complex; an area under Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) jurisdiction, access to the Federal Complex shall be coordinated with the Technical Point of Contact prior to access to the Center. Site visits can be arranged by calling Ann K. Whitsett at 843-740-1258. Due to Federal Complex regulations, all visits must be pre-approved. The anticipated period of performance for this contract shall be from date of award for approximately two months. This is a 100% small business set aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990, with a size standard of $14 million. The Government's estimated cost for this requirement is not expected to exceed Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any) and monitoring the website to ensure that they have the most up to date information regarding the acquisition. Proposals/Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the SOW. All questions resulting from this notice or the subsequent solicitation document must be submitted in writing via email to Brian.Clark@noaa.gov Reference the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. Offers and all required documents maybe submitted electronically (preferred), mail carrier, or via fax (843)740-1290, however; the Government shall not be responsible for the malfunction of electronic machinery or mail carrier error. The award will be made on or around July 13th, 2011. Contractor must have a valid DUNS number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, with an active status, to be eligible for award.
