- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, Rhode Island intends to compete as a small business set-aside this requirement to procure mechanical piece parts for the Technical Insertion 10 (TI10) High Frequency Sail Array (HFSA) Hydrophone Module (DT-100). A five year, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity with Firm Fixed Price provision type contract is planned. The contractor shall fabricate, inspect, package and deliver the mechanical piece parts in accordance with ARL drawings. Interested offerors must request the drawings by email clearly stating their company name, address, point of contact, DUNS and Cage Code. All interested offerors must be registered at Joint Certification program to be eligible to receive Distribution D drawings. (Distribution authorized to DOD and DOD contractors only.) The evaluation criteria includes Technical Approach, Past Performance and Price. The evaluation for award will be made using Best Value methodology. Anticipate solicitation to be posted around the end of July 2011.
