Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs issues this sources sought notice for Project 692-331 Expand Ambulatory Care Clinic at the Southern Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC), in White City, Oregon. This is not a solicitation. This project involves construction of a two story, approximately 16,500 GSF expansion to the existing outpatient Ambulatory Care Clinic (Building 201) to facilitate access to primary care. Demolition of old Quarters Building 245, approximately 24,800 GSF, and in its place the construction of a new 90 vehicle parking lot to accommodate this expanded service. The project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This notice is issued to interested, qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) only. Submit responses only if your firm meets the following minimum requirements: 1.Verifiable experience as the prime contractor overseeing construction of projects similar in size and scope. 2.Bonding capacity for magnitude of project mentioned above.
