Description

This proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Contracting, Philadelphia Office (FISCN) intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order, on a sole source basis, with the Corporate Executive Board Company (CEB), a large business, for annual membership for access to Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) and Learning & Development Roundtable (LDR) for the Office of Civilian Human Resources. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 611430. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement.
