- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Antenna Test Facility (ATF) at the Electronic Proving Grounds located at Fort Huachuca Arizona has a requirement for a Medium duty positioning system consisting of a (from the top axis down) motorized polarization positioner, a tower and a manual offset radius arm with an azimuth positioner base. Please review attached salient characteristics for details. Quotes must meet the specifications outlined in the salient characteristics in order to be considered for award. The deadline to send quotes is 1500hrs AZ time 30 June 2011. Late quotes WILL NOT be considered for award.
