- BSM PR 0042127405. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1650-01-337-7353, Valve Assy, IAW Sikorsky (CAGE 78286), p/n 70651-02710-102. Approved source: Eaton Aerospace (CAGE 99643) p/n 57940. FOB Origin. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Quantity requested is 104 each. Requested delivery is 280 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control and Source Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is July 7, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about August 8, 2011.
