The purpose of Amendment 2 is to address questions and provide clarifications. 1. Are you looking for INTEL or AMD Setup and the CPU SPEED. AMD at 2.3 to 2.3 speed outperforms Intel at 3.3 so we spec opteron 6100 2. Is the Solid State Drive for OS? SSD is for Operating System 3. Does the system need RAID Controller CARD? Raid controller optional, not required at this time, but would likely use level 5 4. Windows HPC 2008, how many client license do you need? No client licenses needed but must support all CPU in the chassis 5. Will there be any other hardware beside TESLA C2050 installed on to the system? No 6. Are you looking for tower or rackmount format? Tower 7. What is the clock speed? 2.2
