- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is EA133M-11-RQ-0897. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-52. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The FSC for this is 7030 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, small business size standard is $23.0 million annual sales. The U.S. Dept of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), NMFS Seattle, Washington has a requirement for the following items: Commercial FM Pro Bundle V7 Renewal to Existing 4 Licenses with Advance Development 1. Commercial FM Pro Suite - multi platform, includes: - Software Suite (Fledermaus, Dmagic, Command Op, Crosscheck, Vessel Manager, Route Planner, FMGeocoder) - Printed Manuals - Training documentation available upon request - Dongle (if required) - First year of support maintenance 4 EACH tiny_mce_marker________EA tiny_mce_marker_________Total Annual Maintenance for the Commercial FM Pro Bundle V7 Includes: 2. -Upgrades to major releases of Fledermaus software package. Major versions of Fledermaus are released approximately every four to six months. - Upgrades to intermediate releases, between major releases when required. - Emergency bug fixes when required. - Customer technical support through e-mail, phone, or fax. - Copies of new software documentation are shipped to customers on maintenance as soon as they are published. - Copies of the Fledermaus newsletter. 4 EACH tiny_mce_marker________EA tiny_mce_marker_________Total If quoting other than FOB Destination, provide estimated shipping costs: tiny_mce_marker________ The required delivery is July 06, 2011. Destination (NOV 1991) FAR52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (APR 2011) {Fill-in: Part B, Check Items 4,21, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 36, 38, 40, and 45} FAR No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is assigned. The resulting purchase order will be negotiated as a firm-fixed price Purchase Order. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the central contractor registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
