HUD-VASH is designed to serve homeless Veterans and their families. Many of these Veterans have co-morbid conditions that include serious mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, and other serious medical conditions. VA intends to engage a Contractor to provide housing placement services to VA referred Veterans and their families. Contractor personnel shall provide housing assistance to homeless veterans who are beneficiaries of VAPAHCS. Contractor shall have use of all required patient care equipment, supplies, and computer access for performing services required by this contract. All services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein.
