Description

Anthology Femoral Stem 1 ea Birmingham Hip Resurfacing 2 ea Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-00424 is issued. This proposed contract action is used for Naval Medical Center Orthopedics Department. For surgical procedure. Anthology Femoral Stem & Birmingham Hip Resurfacing. These items are needed for patient who suffers from osteoarthris in their hip for Orthopedics Department at Naval Medical Center San Diego. IAW FAR 5.207(c) (15) (ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-52. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil. Please fax (619-532-5596) or email your quote to Jojie Urrete at Jojie.urrete@med.navy.mil on or before 08/08/2011 10:00 AM PST. Email submissions are limited to 2MB.
