- SF 18 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number Q1C5AAC0031 in support of the, Santa Ana Homeownership Center HOC/Office of Single Family Housing. This procurement is for a fixed price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), to provide interior and exterior Field Review Appraisers services for the State of Oregon. The period of performance is a twelve (12) month base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for the management and administration of all tasks assigned under the purchase order and shall furnish the necessary personnel, materials, labor, services (including all transportation that may be needed) necessary to conduct field reviews of appraisals of 1-4 unit family interior and exterior properties for the Department of Housing and Urban Development Santa Ana HOC. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 531320, and the size standard is $2 Million. Quotations will be due on August 18, 2011 at 4PM Central Time.
