- Monitoring equipment This is a combined synopsis / solicitation prepared in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures per FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) Part 13. The requirement is for the procurement of monitoring equipment, per the specifications as described in the RFQ - the Request For Quotation. See the attached file for a copy of the RFQ (RFQ Number JF133F11RQ6103). Interested and responsible parties may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. The FAR requires that all contractors / vendors doing business with the Government be registered in CCR as of October 1, 2003. After this date, no award can be made unless the contractor / vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR, access the following web site: https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/. In order to register in CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this office, all offerors must have a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number. A DUNS number can be obtained free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at http://www.dnbcom/eupdate or by phone at 1-800-333-0505. All contractors / vendors are also required to complete their on-line registrations and certifications at https://orca.bpn.gov.
