Description
The PA Army National Guard (PAARNG) has a requirement for job-related Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services to the PA Army National Guard (PAARNG) full-time federal technicians and/or temporary technician personnel who are or potentially could be exposed to health hazards in the work environment The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supplies, tools, and supervision to conduct the required health services, laboratory work and testing. The requirements of the PWS are applicable. In addition to the aforementioned requirements, the contractor must; (1) indemnify the Government for any liability producing act or omission by the contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance; (2) maintain medical liability insurance, in a coverage amount acceptable to the contracting officer, which is not less than the amount normally prevailing within the local community for the medical specialty concerned; and (3) ensure that its subcontracts for provisions of health care services contain the requirements of the clause at FAR 52.237-7, including the maintenance of medical liability insurance. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination dates and places of delivery shall be in accordance with the PWS, which includes the following four locations: (1) Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003 (2) Coraopolis, PA 15108 (3) Johnstown, PA 15904 (4) Philadelphia, PA 19154 Line Items are as follows: 0001 Medical Surveillance Testing, 0002 Pulmonary Function, 0003 Vision Exams, 0004 Vitals, 0004 PSA, 0006 Blood Draw and lab analysis, 0007 Audiogram.
