- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for HERMAN MILLER AO1 OR COMPATIBLE FURNITURE. The FAA contemplates award of a firm fixed price Delivery/Task Order off of a GSA Schedule or an open market Purchase Order. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EITHER MAILED, FAXED OR EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST. CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This procurement is unrestricted in regard to business size or type. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 42321, Furniture Merchant Wholesalers, with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached document(s). If downloading is not possible, all requests for copies of the document(s) must be made in writing to the attention of Andrew Hutchcraft, Contract Specialist (AMQ-310), via e-mail at andrew.hutchcraft@faa.gov. Complete proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), August 16, 2011 and must be submitted to FAA, Customer Service Desk (AMQ-100), Physical Address: 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73169. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 25082, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73125. The proposal must be sealed and labeled as follows: RFO DTFAAC-11-R-05674, due 3:00 p.m. CT, August 16, 2011. Complete electronic submissions are allowed and should be emailed to Andrew.hutchcraft@faa.gov. Submissions by email should be received before the cut off time of 3:00 p.m. local time (Central Time Zone), August 16, 2011. A complete hard copy shall be supplied upon request of the contract specialist no later than three days after the request of the hard copy. Offerors submitting proposals by hand-delivery will need to consider allowing sufficient time to process through the security procedures in place at MMAC. Overnight delivery of responses to this RFO may also be impacted if not sent in sufficient time to allow for the special mail-handling procedures in place at MMAC. Any proposals received after the due time and date of 3:00 p.m. CT, August 16, 2011, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. This RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
