- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being required and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 402d Commodities Maintenance Group (402 CMXG) has a requirement for non-personal services for Computer-Aided Design Software Maintenance and Support. Included is annual license renewal, software maintenance, documentation and support for products #UG10000-WISD and #UG10765 for Windows and Unigraphics NX Advanced Designer Bundle. Period of Performance: Basic contract year (01 October 2011 through 30 Septempber 2012) and four option years (01 October 2012 through 30 September 2013, 01 October 2013 through 30 September 2014, 01 October 2014 through 30 September 2015, and 01 October 2015 through 30 September 2016 respectively). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53, Effective 04 August 2011. NAICS Code: 541511, Place of Performance/FOB Robins AFB, GA 31098. SOLE SOURCE to SIEMENS Government Services because they are the software developer, unique operating language, changing vendors would create a significant learning curve and require additional training, and would adversely affect government ability to meet critical program milestones.
