- Shore Power Barge DDR 2011 PWS 4Q20110050 - Attachment 3 QUOTE SHEET 4Q20110050 - Attachment 2 52.212-5 AUG 2011 4Q20110050 - Attachment 1 The Request for Quotation number is DTMA94Q20110050 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, dated 4 Aug 2011. This acquisition is a Small Business set aside for offerors' business size not to exceed 1,000 employees. The NAICS is 336611. The contract type will be a firm-fixed-priced contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format found in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for proposals. A written solicitation will not be issued. The ensuing award is under the authority of FAR Subpart 12 "Acquisitions of Commercial Items". The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration, has a requirement to repair the Shore Power Barge currently located in the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet, Benicia, CA VESSEL PARTICULARS : Shore Power Barge: Barge is a small barge, twenty (20) feet long, with a ten (10) foot beam and an overall depth of three (3) feet. Approximate weight is 10,000 lbs. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT: Shore Power Barge Hull Coating and Junction Box Replacement (see Shore Power Barge DDR 2011 PWS 4Q20110050 - Attachment 3) BRIEF SUMMARY: Scope of work includes cleaning, abrasive grit blasting and coating of the hull, and renewal of the 12KV junction box mounted on a skid on the deck of the barge. Barge will be lifted from the water by SBRF crane and placed aboard vendor's conveyance for transport to/from his site for the specified work. CLINS: •1. Delivery •2. Surface Preparation •3.
